Had a decent time at Oyo Hotel Pearsall I-35 East. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool during my stay. Free parking was a plus and made it easy to come and go as I pleased. Check-in was smooth and pretty quick, which I appreciated after a long drive. However, I encountered some issues. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected. I found towels missing and had to ask for them during my stay. The housekeeping didn't come to service the room, which added to the inconvenience. Also, the breakfast setup could use improvement. it felt quite limited. Overall, it had potential but definitely needs some attention to detail.

The check-in process was a letdown, with the office closed upon arrival. The room cleanliness was questionable, featuring dirty conditions and clothes left behind. Towels and toiletries were notably missing, and getting hot water was a challenge. Additionally, I found myself making multiple calls for assistance and getting little resolution.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The location was decent Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. I also had access to free parking, which was a nice touch. 😊

Aye, I stayed one night with my fam, and it was rough. The room had mad space, but the cleanliness was off, for real. The air conditioning was clutch, though. I ain't gonna lie, the free parking was helpful, but communication with the managers coulda been way better. I was fiendin' for some decent service.

We enjoyed our stay as the roomy Premium 2 Queen Bed Kitchenette was perfect for our large family and our two dogs. The location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and the quick check-in made things easy. It felt welcoming!
